If Your purchase does not reach You within 30 calendar days, please contact Our Customer Support Team. In accordance with Article 18(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, if delivery has not occurred within this period, You must notify Us and grant an additional reasonable period for delivery. You shall be entitled to terminate the purchase only if We fail to deliver within that additional period.
